Before Arrival in India

Should you need to cancel your medical trip after making a deposit or full payment, you may request a refund. Please note that a processing fee will be deducted from the paid amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded. To initiate the refund process, please contact us at care@althiqahmeditour.com.

After Arrival in India

If, after consulting with the doctor in India, you mutually decide not to proceed with treatment, deposits for planned treatment procedures are partially refundable. Cancellations for third-party services such as hotels, accommodations, or tours are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers.

Travel Plans Estimates

Please understand that estimated consultation, procedure, and recovery timelines may vary based on individual circumstances. Post-treatment travel, including return flights or tours, might need adjustment. Al Thiqah Meditour cannot be held responsible for travel itinerary changes arising from variations in your treatment plan or recovery period.

Changes in Booking

After your deposit, you may amend travel dates, subject to potential surcharges or fees associated with hotels, flights, tours, or other services. Deposits for treatment procedures will be held securely for use and a revised cost estimate with any necessary adjustments will be provided upon your arrival in India.
